In early 2011, the City Council approved a loan order of $2.6 million of Community Preservation Funds to continue the restoration of the exterior of City Hall. The preliminary estimate is based upon a 2007 survey performed by McGinley, Kalsow & Associates, LLP with costs updated in 2010.
